We recently stayed at a spa resort in this city and enjoyed our experience. The best aspects were the clean rooms, beautiful interior, diverse facilities, friendly staff, and a convenient location. We appreciated the hotel's cleanliness and attention to detail. The facilities, including an indoor pool and outdoor grounds, were impressive, and the staff was attentive and welcoming. Additionally, the hotel's location made it easy to explore the city and its surroundings. Lastly, the complimentary breakfast was a great way to start each day.

Nothing is perfect but we had no complaints during our stay.

Spent New Year's time here and I was blown away by the beautiful territory surrounding the hotel. the inside swimming pool was a big highlight for me and my friend. It was great that the hotel was situated in a quiet location but still had easy access to important places nearby, like stores and transportation. the room was well-decorated and perfectly clean as well!

The staff's lack of communication skills and professionalism. They were not able to answer my inquiries properly and I had to spend way too much just to get around the area since they were not helpful with arranging transportation.

The hotel boasts a large and well-kept territory with a nice indoor swimming pool. the room was clean and spacious with comfortable furniture. the bathroom was also clean and well-maintained. the hotel provides a few facilities such as a swimming pool but other activities are available for an additional cost.

The hotel lacks proper communication and training for its staff. Some guests struggled to receive help and assistance from the front desk and the cleaning services were reported to be below par.

Set amidst lush greenery, this hotel is a paradise retreat. the luxurious amenities provided make it a truly exclusive experience. the Spa & Wellness Centre is impeccable and offers a variety of massages and beauty treatments. the Indoor swimming pool and sauna are perfect for a relaxing day in. the outdoor swimming pool is pristine and overlooks the picturesque scenery. the location is ideal, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. the private facilities in our room were top-notch, providing an unforgettable experience.

Though everything was nice, we faced a minor issue at check-in where we had to wait for a while to be attended to.
